ORANGE ROLLS

2 yeast cakes

1/4 c. luke warm water

1 tsp. sugar

Mix together above and add:

2 c. warm water

1/2 c. sugar

1 Tbs. salt

2 Tbs. melted shortening

2 beaten eggs.

Add 4 cups flour and beat real good. Add another 4 cups flour or knead what you can use. Cover and put in refridgerator until double in bulk. When double, roll out as for cinnamon rolls and spread with 2/3 square of butter or margarine, 1 cup sugar, 1 orange rind grated. Roll and cut an inch thick and put in cupcake tins. Let rise until double in bulk and bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes.
